I just packaged nfsroot tarball, so you can flash nfsboot kernel and boot device over NFS: flash nfsboot kernel and boot device over NFS.
Current nfsroot is "bare system": libc, kernel modules, busybox, ipkg, X. However you may use instructions to build additional packages
From OpenEmbedded and install them on device using ipkg.
No instructions/scripts to build standalone firmware or nfsroot yourself yet, sorry. If you want to, you might ask for pointers at IRC channel.

What I'd love to see is OpenInkpot ported to the Cybook Gen3. (Hint. Hint.) And support for FBReader.

Jekhor and me would love to hack this device (hint. hint) :)
Yeah, well... As soon as you can afford to buy one, have at it! (We at NAEB are living hand-to-mouth until we get a few more orders under our belt. I wouldn't expect to see us in a position to 'give' one away. And I don't have but my own unit - I ain't giving it away to no one! I love it too much! :D )
BTW, there is another way to port OI - if you know the community around Cybook Gen3, you could try to ask somebody who already owns Cybook to join our project and port the OI to this device.
